Crashes Often, not stable at all.

App crashes often and is basically not useable.
Made in app purchases and cannot complete downloads. Moving through app crashes app.
Cannot find any help on developer web site other than what other users in iTunes Store are complaining about on same issues that still are not resolved after several months.
