Does not work

I downloaded it to my app library then synced iPod to get it on my device only to discover it simply blows itself off after initializing, the app does not finish loading for use. Also I have hunted high and low for obtaining charts and there is simply no obvious method for obtaining regiional charts, What good is that? I heard about this app from a boating e-mail so thought I should have it but really there is nothing to have.

Needs a newer new update, last one caused crashing. Back to not working again!
