Another Broken App Update!!!

Yet again, Jeppesen has issued a broken update. After nearly six months with neither update nor communication regarding the problems with this app, they issue an update worse than the last.
Previously, this app would not work properly (could not restore charts I had purchased) on my new iPod 5. However it continued to function on my first generation iPad.
Now, with the 1.3.0 update, it will not run on my iPad at all.
I am astounded Apple continues to allow this app to be offered via the store. If it was possible to give it zero stars, thats what it would get.
Support for this app is woefully inadequate. If you havent already wasted your money on this app, go for the Garmin product instead.
